Majestic Oaks is fully operational and ready to deliver all events currently.
We have been and will continue following the guidelines of state and county regarding COVID and continue to take precautions and have employees disinfect regularly. Postponement or cancellation is a client’s decision.
Here is a summary of our cancelation and refund policy:
With every event, we strongly recommend our clients to buy insurance coverage for cancelation and postponement of their event. If you have cancelation and postponement insurance with third party agent and have decided to postpone your event under any circumstances, the easiest way could be just to request for the cancelation. If you have decided to do so, we can always help to re-book your event based on our availability. If you are uncertain about the coverage of your event insurance, we urge you to contact your insurance provider.
There are no refunds of deposit under any circumstances.
If we should have a county or state-wide closure, as we did in 2020 due to COVID, we would postpone and reschedule your event, with no additional fees. We would choose an available date in the future and simply move your date. The new date must be within 6 months of the date of notice.
If the cancelation is outside of 180 days of the event date by providing a written notice to Majestic Oaks, there is no extra charge to client.
If the cancelation is between 179 to 91 days prior to the event date, client will be charged 50% of the rental costs and any expenses incurred in good faith by Majestic Oaks in preparation for client’s use of the facility.
If the cancelation is 90 days prior to the event date, client will be charged 100% of the rental costs and any expenses incurred in good faith by Majestic Oaks in preparation for client’s use of the facility.
